Exchange & Store Credit Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Item
    You received an item that doesn’t match your order confirmation.

  2. Manufacturing Defect
    There is a visible defect in the garment due to manufacturing.

  3. Size Exchange
    If the fit isn’t quite right, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size in the same style.

ā° Important: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Embroidered Pieces – Due to their unique nature, these are final sale.

  • Customized Garments – Items tailored for size, color, or other specs cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Sale Items – All discounted or promotional items are final sale.


Store Credit

If your return is approved:

  • We will issue store credit for the value of the item (excluding shipping).

  • Store credit is non-transferable, not combinable with other offers, and valid for future purchases only.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

  • Handcrafted Variations
    Subtle differences in color, weave, or texture are natural with handwoven fabrics and are not considered defects.

  • Color Accuracy
    Actual product colours may vary slightly from screen images. Such differences are normal and not eligible for return or exchange.


Order Cancellations

If we must cancel your prepaid order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Taxes & Duties

  • Within India: All prices include applicable taxes and duties.

  • International Orders: Shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery.
